As such, we have the utmost respect for subscriber privacy, and the trusted relationship between businesses and their subscribers. For this reason Trinity has a number of core beliefs that drive our business and all our business relationships.

-
Subscriber protection is at the core of our industry's growth and long term sustainability
-
Subscribers should have an easy option to exercise their choice to limit the number of interactions with a promoter (brand, retailer, venue etc) and to limit the disclosure of any personal information
-
No information about the subscriber should be shared with a third-party except with prior consent or in the form of aggregated data for all participants of a given mobile messaging program
-
Information about subscribers should be accurate and maintained in secure, protected wall gardened system
-
Subscribers should be able to communicate with any company using our solution set and with Trinity quickly and easily if they have any concerns. Full Terms & Conditions are available on this site

Trinity wishes to avoid participation in any form of mobile or internet based spam. As part of our privacy policy, Trinity requires that all our customers adhere to our contracts, business policies and licensing agreements that ensure subscribers are able to Opt-in and Opt-out of mobile messaging programmes at any time. All data and information held on any individual subscriber is also held in the strictest confidence on secure servers in a secure location. We want subscribers to be confident that we will not use any information given to us for purposes other than what is requested, and that our customers share this same commitment.
Subscriber Opt-in
It is Trinity's policy that to participate in a program a subscriber must explicitly Opt-in to that program. Trinity provides three ways to Opt-in:
-
A subscriber can send a text message in response to a promotion to a valid numeric address (such as a short code) supplied by or supported by Trinity as part of a campaign or promotion
-
A subscriber can call a IVR (voice response unit) number that will register the caller on to Trinity's messaging platform indicating the callers willingness to participate
-
A subscriber can register on a company's website that links to our messaging platform
In each case, the mobile phone number of the subscriber is registered within our messaging platform as interested in participating in a particular mobile messaging program
Subscriber Opt-out
Just as a subscriber should Opt-in to a messaging program, they should have the right to Opt-out of a particular program. Trinity's messaging platform manages subscriber Opt-out requests on a global or on a per-company basis. Trinity can provide three ways for a subscriber to Opt-out:
-
A subscriber can initiate or reply to a text message requesting Opt-out
-
A subscriber can go to the company's website that links to our messaging platform and select not to participate in a particular program
-
A subscriber can go to Trinity's www.82500.com web site and manage their Opt-out process
The platform also manages subscriber Opt-out requests on a global basis and is shared with all participating parties. When a subscriber chooses this option, he or she will no longer receive any messages unless they were to Opt-in again using one of the mechanisms identified above.
Gathering Personal Information
From time to time and in specific cases with our customers Trinity might gather some personal information specific to participating in mobile messaging programs. The information requested may include contact and demographic information. Information supplied by subscribers is voluntary and will relate to the relationship that our clients have with their subscribers and will only be requested to the extent it is necessary to provide the services their subscribers have requested.
Using Personal Information
Trinity may use the above information and also log IP addresses and phone numbers to analyze trends, administer the site, track subscriber behaviour, and gather broad demographic information for aggregated use; provided, that such use is for internal purposes of Trinity or its affiliates or partners only.
Trinity may share aggregated, non-personal, non-individual information collectively with its partners for research purposes only. We will not share individual information regarding transactions or participation in mobile messaging programs with any third-party. We will not sell or disclose your personal information to third-parties without subscribers consent or as otherwise provided in this Policy.
Consent
We reserve the right to disclose any and all pertinent customer information to law enforcement or other government officials, as we believe necessary or appropriate.
Security
To help prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of visitors' information, maintain data accuracy, and to help with the appropriate use of the information, Trinity has put in place reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect the information we collect from any participation in our mobile promotions.
